Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and outcomes for all clients.

Coaching Services (1:1 Sessions)
  • Payments are required prior to each session and are considered a commitment to the scheduled time.

  • Where a session is rescheduled with appropriate notice, the payment will be transferred to the new session.

  • Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances and by mutual agreement, where services have not yet been delivered.

  • Once a coaching session has been completed, refunds will not be issued.

Ongoing Consulting Services
  • Consulting services are billed based on time allocated and work performed within each agreed pay cycle.

  • If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage you to raise this promptly so it can be reviewed and resolved collaboratively.

  • Any refund considerations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Where a refund is agreed upon, it will be limited to the amount paid within the most recent billing cycle and will not apply to work completed in previous billing periods.

Packaged Services (Digital Marketing & Business Audit Packages)
  • Packaged services are required to be paid in full prior to commencement and include scheduled strategy sessions and the delivery of personalised reports or strategic outputs.

  • Due to the time, preparation, and intellectual property involved, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.

  • If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, this should be raised promptly so it can be reviewed and addressed.

  • Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be limited to the amount paid for the current package, adjusted in line with the portion of services already delivered.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
